The lawyers know the rules and laws very well. They also know how to misuse it and come out neatly.My Sibbal is asking for proof and also says that not even a single FIR is against him. This clearly indicates that he can not be caught in the eves of law what ever he does.

SO what? It does not entail a joker sitting on a one point agenda (on which he knows people are getting fooled), to keep on defame opthers wihout substance! What has he got to say for his misappropriation of NGO funds for political use recently?
The terminology "corruption" is referred to everything that is unclean and unfair. A biased and prejudiced mind is also required to be defined as corrupt. That being the case, Mr. Sibal is certainly corrupt for his having believed to firmly state that there was no loss in 2G allocation, coal block allocation and also when he retorted about Annaji thus: " top to bottom he is corrupt". So, on what morale could Sibal, the tongue-lashing kapila challenge Kejriwal, whose opinion is not different from well acknowledged in public perception.

wellas for 2g goes whereisthe los 1.allthe licenses issued by a raja r cancelled 2.auction too have been carried out since all2 g licenses issued by upar cancelled where is the loss only loos is during nda period which was the policy as made by corrupt communal thugs of nda

What did the country gain after the 2g scam was exposed. Where is the whole money lying dead at public cost? Question is that; not the cancellation of license or auctioning! Even the process of auction to public perception was a drama hood winked!

Some one stranger to you entered your house with a gun and open knife. You caught him and handed over to police:
1. Shall police not take any action because he has not harmed you physically or not performed any loot.
So, 2G scam, Coal scam were intentions to loot even if no loot occurred. As far as elections 2014 are concerned, congress is actually loosing the battle of perceptions. Each step they are taking is being seen as if they are trying to cover their misdeeds.

That is precisely the point. The bias and prejudice that AK carry in making statements that everyone except him is corrupt/evil makes it clear that AK is the MOST corrupt person around today!

Do you mean the trio will form the next UPA Govt? But the sad part of the story shall be the clear wipe out of Congress party to lead such a formation! Even the left may have to hail BJP's outstanding performance lest they face peoples' wrath in playing villainous role after 2014 election.

Yes. He daringly levelled allegations against many. Except Vasan and Gadkari who are filing defamation suit, all the others hv accepted the charge which means they r corrupt.

I don't think corrupt people are worried about AK. They really don't care. Infact they tthink if this circus artist is the kind of person whom we have to defend against the we don't have to worry much. AK was weakened the attack against corruption.

Kapil Sibal is known to lauch a corrupt system. CBSE board conducting IIT JEE Exams, IIT Teachers are now levelled with any teacher, Private Engineering colleges are now University with low payments to teachers.
