Come on Kejriwal..Take the Challenge, Either you should stay in the politics or Kapil Sibal..At least one useless fellow will leave the politics.

Country will not loose anything...but both should not continue in the politics.

We have seen you complaining about shila dixit, but failed to arrested her as promised by you, now take the challenge..now don't cry about lokpal bill etc.

Well let Kejriwal come up with proofs against Kapil and let us see who is clean. On the other hand there are other politicians who seem to be keeping mum against Kejriwal's charges and accepting this which leads public to think that Kejriwal is right. Kejriwal seems to be taking up charges against politicians but little is being done for the common man. Let's see how far this IITan can go.

Rightly said so. No sympathy for these useless chaps. He already cheated Anna as a government representative. Anna was so furious that he swear to campaign against this corrupt fellow if he dares to contest anywhere.

If Kejriwal prove his charge, I will quit - Kapil Sibal
by P S SHAH on Feb 01, 2014 07:09 PM

Kapil Sibal himself throw allegation against other politicians knowing very well that how much time it takes for the court to decide the case of defamation. Do halways have a proof and evidence for his allegation against other opposition leaders specially Modi ? This is nothing but a pre-poll gimmick of Sibal who otherwise has no capacity to won even a municipal election in Delhi on his own.

Reckless charges makes legal state dysfunctional
by Ramesh on Feb 01, 2014 07:01 PM  | Hide replies

Mr. Sibal is justified in asking for proof. A legal state can not function if allegations are made sans any verifiable criteria.

Further, it is necessary to distinguish between money garnered for functioning of the political party and the money a politician amasses for building personal properties and wealth. The former is necessary evil, since the legal system becomes a constraint against winning.

The corruption for personal gain is done to become stronger within the party itself.

The cause of corruption is the nexus between business and politicians. The manifestation of crony capitalism is perhaps an inevitable phenomenon; and is widely prevalent even in developed nations.

The difference is, in developed nations market capitalism has also thrived and become far larger and more visible entity.

In India unfortunately the top business houses have mostly favored the premier family and this has led to the vice like grip over Indian destiny.

This time, big money is balancing its political risk.
