When in minority , pretend to be secular , like in USA , Europe , India. When in majority , declare Islamic country , like in Pakistan , Bangladesh , Malaysia , Afghanistan,Iran , Iraq , UAE , Bahrain , Qatar , Oman , Yemen , Saudi , Jordan , Syria , Libya , Egypt , and the 53 other Islamic countries.
If kashmir mosques has been mostly taken over by wahabbis and we see a reduced militancy then it is a matter a great relief. Our money wasted on controlling militancy will be better utlized for basic facilities.
