just a publicity stunt ,if a man accidentally touched a women in a packed public place it is molested if a woman touches then it is treated as the brave act .now she can taken back all the accusation ,she should travel to Mumbai local train in peak hours and then will know what molestation is and what by mistake anyone touchs without any intention hee hee.

I partially agree with your views. What is the life and fun if no men flirts a women?
FYI, i love travelling Mumbai local trains. I enjoyed during my college days.
Even now, when i visit India, will travel by local Mumbai trains only. Mumbaikars are not so rude than Westeners!!

Which train do u travel ? Pl let me know. I want to see the reaction of ur husband when I feel u up.
Politicians fr Kerala are doing very well in this area. Despite their ripen age, they have enough energy to do such act. They must thought that they are public servants and by doing this they serve the public very well.
No matter, we have dreaded anti-rape laws like Abhaya act, it seems is not yielding good results--as death penalty is not mandatory for molestation or rape.
One could imagine or digest with difficulty with life sentence to Common man molesting or raping an ordinary women--A notable film actress like Shweta Menon is molested and police are searching ways to protect MP.
However, i sincerely demand death penalty if Lawmakers, Police and Jurists are involved in sexual abuse. Those who should protect the law should never be allowed to commit crime.

I subscribe fully to your views. There should be severest forms of punishment for the ones who are supposed to protect the law.

I agree with you. BJP's Raghavji is much better. He manages with a male servant.
Nothing unusual in this report . It is very common for the law makers, particularly those who belong to Congress party. A few days back one congress legislators from Congress was booked for similar reason. in Rajasthan itself another legislator raped and murdered a middle aged lady whom the Rajasthan polic was reluctant to arrest , even refused to accept FIR. all these reports suggest that legislator have right to commit any illegal, immoral act but they are immune from IPC, even though they commit nuisance act they will continue to remain as law maker and enjoy all sorts of privileges and sponsorship. What a unique legal system ? what a glorious democracy?

Iam no fan of the Decadent Congress Party. However unless there is reasonable Proof, dont go by what the Film Actor Says. It could be for Publicity.

Publicity is for new comers. She is 39 and has sufficient publicity for all reasons. From video proof its evident that Cong MP had been tried to make contact with her body.

If an important actress of a healthy society is harassed then she then and there carries out physical actions sufficient to give her satisfaction, including but not limited to breaking bones, etc. The thing to deplore is that Indian women even today are too coy or shy or just plain incapable to imagine doing any such thing. India will be neither free nor fair nor unbackward till such actions become the normal manner for an offended woman to react.
Taking them to court is neither here nor there. It is her immediate action alone that counts.

Goddesses were there to protect common people and were fully able to do so, earning respect and devotion of all. The whole point of gods or goddesses is to protect people. However they need protection themselves in India. Sounds like heresy but is simply the reality.
