u hv got it wrong, freedom of speech should be read as freedom of responsible speech not extortion etc as some one has said. IT SHOULD BE FINE THEM LIKE IRRESPONSIBLE PILs, keep them on probation,
This may be right move. If not jail at least cancel the internet account of the person. On the name of freedom people are crossing limits (particularly Indians). But this should be extended to other sectors as well.. like control on indecent dress code of ladies, vulgarity of films, models etc.. on hurting/passing jokes on the deities of any religion etc.
India will get its real independence if our current lot of politicians especially the congress ones are elimiated. They are worse than leprosy and have spread around in our society with abandon. Is there any way out. Will India be really independent ?

My friend, some foreign country don't like India's freedom and want to destabilise India and all the non social network business. So, it is only an essential law.
For the Spring mongers through internet, sitting in some other country, this is the best law. My full support to Kapil Sibal.
Throughout the world the so called social media is taking other countries under pretext and create choas. India is no small fish and the culprits and the spy network in India should be punished accordingly.
