by mani mani on Nov 10, 2011 05:55 PM  | Hide replies

Do you say protests in jaitapur nucleur plant happened due to christians in koddankulam? See Russian mars mission got failed yseterday..We cant say every project will be sucess unless until it is proven..The 3rd generation reactor is a new technology and not yet proven.Finland already shelving thier project with 3rd generation reactors...

Mr Mani ! I bet you have come for debate as spoilt sport and without preparation and sufficient knowledge. How can you compare and apple with an orange ? Jaitapur story is entirely different.

One ..russian them self dont make such nuclear reactors after cherynobl if this is truth we dont need this thing its risky..But dont know i think russians have mastered this technology..
But goverment has to be carefull...at senitments of tamil people too..let the people there decide..DOnt bring relegion etc ...to fool people ..It is the downtrodden who are being affected and most of the people who are giving such intellegent statement either are not in that state or area..so we have no right..But yes why is the issue raised now..why not very earlier that is the question

Better shift N-Plant to UP, Delhi or Bihar. Tall claim of being n-safety expertise is sham. Why should Tamil Nadu people be treated like Ginny Pigs through nuclear reaction, sterilized medicine experimentation?

Rajesh,

Don't just oppose because it is opposed by Church....What Almighty want to say is number of people die in road accident is more than number of people die in nucler power plant accident. Does it mean, we need to stop to make road, cars, bikes and adopt bullock cart.....

I am also not in favour of nuclear power plant and believe if we invest same amount in solar/wind/hydro power plant, we may get clean and safe electricity....

Dharmesh Patel,

When did you become a mouth piece of "Almighty".

See the locals don't want this reactor to pollute, as well in TN we have enough source of Power, and from TN power is being already supplied to several other states, so may be you can take these new reactors to Gujarat if you need more power. That what i am suggesting, similarly if people from Kerala or Delhi want they can have the reactors there itself, so that these people may not feel they are being dumped with radiation and reactors.

Dhruv would you trade your life for food. Would you trade the life of your family for food.

Can i ask the life of all your family members and ensure you don't need to migrate.

Don't you think how you sound when you make a statement.
