the indian mujaheedin seems to have great intellence dept to figure targets and the whereabouts of their target of the kind normally would be with the cbi. some suspect diggu singh may be running his own intellegence dept to intimidate political opponents of congress in a style similar to the nazi ss. fortunatley, althugh the congress has tried to politicise the indian army, the indian army is fiercely independent. well, so far.
The fact some indians justify the killing of a 13 year local boy in this forum, shows the in-sensitiveness of people who are regionally racially divided.
Many times chinese army has inflitrated into Indian terrirtory , but the Indian Army did not have balls to strike on them or protest. But in case of 13 year old own country kid, they shoot him. He might have just trespassed by mistake.
