Provide 68% reservation to BC/SC/ST, consider muslims and christians as backward caste and provide separate quota. Divide and rule. Naturally there will be peace.

that is because, TN never faced the problems by invaders like what North India faced - hence TN preserved Hindu culture very well-from the 50s it is a different story altogether
