by Mak C on Mar 06, 2010 11:45 AM

Can Governor K Sankaranarayan score 200 runs to get back into the good books of Balasaheb?....vandalising Raj Bhawan may not be as expensive as Sahar's Hotel Intercontinental...

PR exercise by Bal Thackeray
by vikas sethi on Mar 06, 2010 11:45 AM  | Hide replies

He took panga with Sachin Tendulkar and Shah Rukh Khan and realised his public standing.

therefore he chose to keep quite on Asha Bhosle's comments that All are welcome to Mumbai. He did not have the guts to challenge Asha Bhosle.

Now, he has chosen to take on Mah Governor who is not very well known by the people.

Jahalwadi,

By your logic even sachin was a cricketer and Shah Rukh was an actor, then why were they targeted?

Btw, What wrong has Mah Governor said? He has mere stated what the law says and what the constitution of India guarantees.

Why Balthakre need to bother now & not when in power?
by sivasubramanian on Mar 06, 2010 11:44 AM  | Hide replies

He was in power for 5 full years what he made
for marathis,
For any public only their work will feed them and put in hunger or rich,so Thakre can make any individual rich or poor,
So all these are only drama nothing will benefit the locals except their hard work and innovation.
Bal thackrey is the actual reason for these muslim anti hindus behaviour,Earlier he mindlessly attacked south indian and then muslim,They get antagonised to marathis which not marathis fault, so he is really giving marathis the wrong route for destruction and causing india to get weak because the disturbed minority youth go behind ISI to damage the country,
Tell me who is enemy of india?Monority or bal thackrey? If dad scold son every day he kills dad one day why not these guy demage the country which is silent to their suffering at these goondas?
So shiv sena company should stop their politics business as our Karunanidhi businees,The people should see them reach the dust bin.

In fact Shiv Sena came to power in Maharashtra only once by promising free electricity to farmers despite the power shortage & shouting corruption by Sharad Pawar over the Enron issue - Enron was supposed to generate power in maharashtra to overcome the power shortages foreseen by the govt.

After coming to power, he scrapped the Enron deal and renegotiated it at almost the double price than the original deal done by congress govt.

There were rumors that Bal has taken his pie to sanction the plant. Unfortunately by that time, Enron went downhill due to losses and the people of Maharashtra are till date sufferiing the worse power cuts since Maharashtra came into existence. So mush for Thackeray's love for Maharashtra and Maharashtrians.

Storm in a teacup

This is a typical example of a storm in a teacup. The whole issue is being completely blown out of proportion.

Why? Is this a small issue to deny rights to Indians to live in Mumbai?

He cannot deny any rights of anybody. He is just expressing his views in a newspaper. Yes, it is a very small issue. Do not get excited.

It is never a small issue. Whoever speaks against the rights of the Indians is a criminal. And who told you that it is a small issue to beat up Indians living or earning money in Mumbai?

As I said, do not get excited. It is very obvious that you have no ability to judge the scale of the situation. Come and stay in Maharashtra and you will realized.

Please do not be an excessive show off by trying to be a pseudo intellectual. If you live in Mumbai and still think that the issue is not a storm in a teacup, then may God help your intelligence. Yes, you have to live in Mumbai or Mharashtra to get the grip of the situation, Because media generally blows things out of proportion.
