The country / culture provides more freedom to women in the various field of life, becomes more prosperous. Women liberty and freedom is the key to prosperity. That is the only reason why western countries have performed well.
are far happier than ppl in finland, how can these survey be true. we believe in strong family system hence our social attachement is more than any other country

India, some freedom, some restriction, so we are at 45th position. European countries and America, absolute freedom and see how prosperous these countries are.

Hyper developed?? This is one country which sees maximum desent but it is kept in wraps. USA has literally bought SA to do whatever in this region. Saudi is a sham, its a shame in the name of religious tolerance and its responsible for every problems on earth. Pakistan has just been a slave to its master.

Peace & Violence cannot co-exist... and PAK has become epicentre of terrorism.. and what family system when sibblings are turning into terrorists, and hatred is planted in their brains since they are infants. And your own daughter becoming 4th wife or 12th wife, in some cases with age-gap... does this leads to peace...

We indians compare and want to better than the best counties ..its only yhe dream of some low lives to compare to PAk..real or humorously
i dont understand the logic of placing pakistan at bottom, there are many african countries which are centuries backward but still in this survey placed ahead.

How can it be fake? Have you read what issues are taken into a/c when they do it? Freedom of religion, speech, free press, social benevolance....Apart from Islam, is there any religion that can be practised in today's Pak? scores of Hindus, Sikhs, etc have been driven out or converted. Forget that, even Ahmediyas, a quiet sect, are denied the basic freedom to practise their religion.
Your nation is on the precipice due to its own misdeeds. It is the main epicenter of terrorism and breeds terrorists like ants.

The survey covered 104 nations encompassing 90 per cent of the population. Those african countires are small and its population died because of war. Pakistan too facing that.

Which one should belive?,the real deaths by suicide or the survey conducted for propganda purposes? google finland suicide capital How come a country can be both the suicide capital (this year Lithuania took that spot) as well as the happiest place?
I think we should stop comparing ourself with Pakistan. We should compare ourself with our equals to see our standing in the world. Let us grow by seeing the other best nations to increase our index to the top slot.

YEAH, u are right. Pakistan is a failed nation that is tottering on the brink and surviving solely on US dollars. It is all but finished and its a matter of time it disappears from this world. Our sights need to move away from this self confessed rogue nation and look beyond for better days ahead.

Isnt it interesting that the bottom ranks are all occupied by countries where the majority of people belong to a particular religion? Is there more proof needed that rigid religious beliefs can lead to violence, backwardness, lack of development and lack of freedom? Surprisingly, the followers of this religion do not seem to realise the truth that is staring them in the face. They are intent on remaining backward and making the rest of the world also backward. When a religion closes itself to feedback, it is a sure sign that things are going to go terribly wrong, and that is exactly what is happening with the followers of this faith. Sad.
