Mere ko kya pata. I know only Sarod player and this name sounds very similar, and so I gave condolences.
WHAT A MUSICIAN! ONE OF THE GREATEST IN INDIAN CLASSICAL MUSIC AND GREATEST IN SAROD. WE LOVED HIM, RESPECTED HIM AMD LONGED TO HEAR FOR MORE. ALAS! WE CAN'T HEAR HIM ANY MORE. WE WILL MISS HIM AND MOURN HIS DEATH. MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE.
i got a chance to talk to him in person and he asked me what music school i am going to.. i also met zakir hussain there.. he also asked me the same thing.. i didnt even know who he was when i met ali akbar khan.. but i found later he and ravi shankar had concerts everywhere..
