It doesn't mean we should allow people like YSR to do dirty trick with religion particularly with Hindus. Getting educated from a christain school doesn't mean we need to get converted or keep our mouth shut for all insane activities done by people of other religion.
British in India developed and started everything based on economic point of view not on the point of religion, in simple words British never attempted to convert whole of India into a Christain country in general they didn't give importance to Religion.
Don't talk nonsense because some christain orgainisation doing some social work.
In U.K in past 3 weeks 2 Church fathers were arrested for molesting childrens as young as 5 in church premises----How many pujaris do these in the streets of calcutta???

Well Sam, You didn't mention the contribution done by Christains in India apart from Starting schools like Don Bosco etc...
Something like Freedom Strugle, Reforms, Industrialization, any thing in particular you can think of???? like Parsis did for India.
Since Christains first started mordern school in India it doesn't mean they are the best and they are only one who can teach Love & Discipline.

Before the british came, India had 20% of world trade (even under the mughals) !!! Britishers destroyed it. The crimes of christian missionaries are not well documented. But just look at the history of Goa and you will know. You siding with british rather than indians is deeply disturbing. Christian conversions and activities are done with deep rooted hatred for hinduism and basic intolerance of any other philosophy. Religion is illogical nonsense. But they convinced you that their bullshit is better than ours. You have not looked at christian history and intolerance. Read European history. They progresed only after separating church and state. YSR reddy is doing the opposite. There is no mainstream support for Thackeray etc... But minorities keep supporing religious bigots. Do you have any doubts about how many indians the british killed to conquer india ? How much trade they destroyed to sell their goods ? They prospered at our expense. 90000 indians fought in WWII. Do you see even a thank you note or even a mention ? We still give them our love (gandhianism). My brother married a christian. They immediately started efforts to convert him. We accepted her as she is. It is only after meeting them, we realized the conversion efforts going on in India and how intolerant the christians are. I am shocked beyond belief. They think that the benny hills and other fundamentalists are theirs and we are the "others" !!! You have fallen for it too. No wonder 100000 brits ruled 40 crore indians.

I respect christianity and jesus, so do i respect Muslim but I love my religion and love my gods..
Why he is called tiger? Is he a cannibal? What he has done to his native people,so they called him Tiger.Can anyone explain me?A tiger should be the king of jungle.We can call arnold bcoz v know him.But i don't know this guy(Rajasekar reddy),even though i'm from india.I'm from northeast.But i don't know this guy.Then how can you call him Tiger.A tiger should be known to all.Pls, put the headings in an appropriate manner.I thought something else by seeing the heading.After coming to this one, i'm very much disappointed by seeing this D..... guy.

Christianity like Islam is a predatory relgion that sells god in the a box full of lies. These religions introduced competition and fighting in the name of God. Both hv very little to do with spirituality and more to do with power. The problem with Hindus is the stupid institution of a bizarre Indian secularism which has denuded Hinduism of fending off such highly organized predators like Islam & Christianity. Both have immense money power and Islam has the direct political backing of tyrant Islamic nations who dream of Darul Harab. Unfortunately Hindus in India take a back seat, whereas it is Hindu spirituality that is spreading all by itself in the West. No one goes to church anymore in Europe, but they do in USA. With the Clash of Civilization in full swing, Christianity in US has made a comeback with vengeance. Which again proves that both are confrontational religions.

for Christ's sake Ravi get your perspective in order. Forward or backward castes have nothing to do with conversions..class/caste disparity is abound in Christian & Islamic societies much more than among HIndus. All of Islamdom is feudal and thereby strictly unequal regardless of what they keep on blowing their horns about. Conversions are due to Marketing skills and organizational ability. These converting religions are 'products' that sell God. Hindus dont do that, rather believe all paths lead to God. It is more to do with HIndu simplicity than caste prejudice.
