hey guys, I personally liked the movie very much. Hrithik has no equal when it comes to acting. Awesome canvas, great performances, and absolutely heart touching. The only thing where this movie lacks is the story. It is not that powerful and gripping. It could not match up to the mindblowing acting of hrithik and starcast.

yeah. no wonder krrish was the second biggest hit of 2006 only to be beaten by dhoom-2(which was again a hrithik film).
how can you even compare Guzaarish with Kagaz ke phool & Mera Nam Joker. Atleast those films can be watched. This film of SLB,Krithik & Ash cannot be even watched.
It is hyped by the media, telling it is a good film and all.
Ash & Krithik should go to underground for ever for this plain plastic acting. No good director can make Ash act

100% Agree, RR is worst than Kumar Gourav, and Tabbu,is,the only true acting talent as off NOW

Mera naam joker was pathetic.... prabha,, if u liked it ,, then no comments on ur likings...
The whole movie looked like a joke being played on the audience. It looked as though Ethen was joking about Euthnasia. All characters looked absolutely silly. The heroine with too much of (garish) make up did not look like a nurse who has so much of problems and who is supposed to have given 12 years of her life to take care of Ethen. The picturisation of the song and Aishwaryas's dance in the song udi udi was class though. It would have been the biggest surprise of the decade if this movie had turned out to be a hit.

Also 90% of the movie was in English. Another reason why the movie is a big time flop. What did SLB think ??? This can be sent to Oscars???
Kagaz ke Phool was the only classic. All other movies had a good subject. Joker had a good theme. Each movie has its own feel. It is a good movie with good feel and performances. A painting on the wall, vibrant and colorful, does not appeal to the common man.SLB always is different, keep the good work going. Satish Nangia
GD was a great film maker till he could see something positive in the world.He was into the dark side of human mind during his last phase as director which is when Kagez ke phool was made.Is Bhansali moving into same league with equally disastrous consequences?

The whole problem with this movie is this “60 crore”. Instead, if this movie was taken with just 6crores with new actors, and a solid and AUTHENTIC screenplay instead of “good-looking visuals”, it would have been a good movie even if its not a hit. But this one fails in both counts. Have u read/seen English patient? This SLB screwed up this story ‘influenced” by English patient and few more movies. SLB shd learn from many Indian regional directors about how to film a powerful story without draining the money and making it an ugly product in the end. And again here they are pumping money to promote it as “classic” which if u don’t watch, u would be considered a dud – same as the “invisible” B’day dress of the Prince! Sic. This is neither a classic nor a mass movie – this is one poorly made movie. Period.
