Here in Delhi or any other Hindi speaking state you can speak in language of your choice..
No body will force you to speak Hindi...
However if you find it difficult to communicate without speaking local language then implicitly either you need to learn the local language or need to hire a translator.

mr.anuj sharma i feel pity on u with what comments u hve done here, let me tell u , i m neither pro raj nor congress, but d fact is that , if u go 2 d ground reality, then u LL observe, that, what raj is doing is perfectly allright,nd he is nd has all d right as per our maharashtra's future prosperity is concerned, and as far as d Q? of he betraying is uncle is concerned, as per our hindu tradition, no father would allow /like his nephew(mr.raj thakery)2 light d agni of d fathers chitah, unless his son is not avilable. so leaving shivsena nd forming his new party is justified, even u or me would hve done d same thing if , v were in , raj s place.

This is India and not all our brother belong to same metal level as we expect them...
Here in my locality it is so implicit that a Gurjar (Bhati) will vote for a Bhati candidate only... you can explain them the meaning of election and democracy ...
