I dont understand the fascination to write an entire paragraph in one line. It makes real difficult reading. Raja Sen's review always has that 'holier than thou' attitude.
I will watch the movie today and comment again tomorrow.
I watched the movie at a special premiere show last night and I absolutely agree with Raja Sen's opinion. I could also, somewhere, see someone mentions about imdb rating of 7.5... dude, just go n check the user comments and you'll know. QoS is just a new movie and hyped, and so is the initial rating.. check out the rating after a week and you'll get an idea then.
Keep up the good work Raja; he's probably one of the few Indian critics, who's got talent and really understand movies.. the editing, the shots, the cinematography, character development; and not just writes the story and finally give a rating (like a majority of the other Indian critics). All the best!!
Its a pity that, one person sits there and gives reviews about the movie which are made in the best of Hollywood. And we should listen to this crap. Movies are basically made to entertain the people who watch it and these guys make a big issue about this and start judging behalf of million peoples who have not watched it yet. whats the guarantee that the reviewer goes to the movie with his clean mind and writes the review for that ?
Earlier i used to feel that many people unnecessary create a hungam over Raja sen's review...but now i sincerly feel that this person should be given some other assignment. We read reviews to get a fair idea about movie not for a painful ,twisted, articulated english. This man is really a jerk.
1ST OF ALL RAJA SEN,KNOWS THE MORE HE WILL WRITE NEGATIVE ABOUT A MOVIE WHICH PPL LIKE THE MORE PPL LIKE US WILL GIVE HIM THE IMPORTANCE TO HIM AND TO HIS ARTICLE...WHICH HE IS GETTING PAID OF....SO THE FINAL WORD I WOULD SAY....BOND IS BACK....

Your post is almost like the writing of Raja Sen. One huge sentence which is difficult to comprehend. The major difference is that his reviews are not posted in CAPS.
And no, I am not saying it sarcastically! I genuinely like RS's reviews because they are well written, humorous and entertaining. I rarely (if almost never) agree with his opinion of the movie per say - but I can't deny the man's talent. As for whether he likes the movie or not, well he is a reviewer and it's his personal opinion...and I (and the other readers) are entitled to our opinions. Sukanya Verma on the other hand is a pain.
This guy is truly a gem. I had written earlier also that only he can write a review, which after reading, confuses you no end. You don't know whether he is recommending the movie or not till you reach the stars at the bottom. Trust him to have an entire paragraph made of only ONE sentence. Just check out the second paragraph. Only one sentence and has all kinds of punctuation marks including '--', which I have never seen anyone use! Maybe my IQ is low and blame only myself for not understanding this twister of the English language called Raja Sen.

I disagree. Raja's reveiews are far less confusing than those of Sukanya Verma and Elvis D'Silva. Those 2 are the absolute pits. Raja Sen makes sense some of the time, i think.
OTHER REVIEWERS WRITE STORY OF FILM AND SAY IT IS GOOD OR BAD BUT RAJA SEN GIVES REAL REVIEW OF THE MOVIE ITSELF IN THE CONTEXT OF STORY LINE, ACTING AND DIRECTION ETC. ETC.
