The regional level results were disclosed just to increase the sms/phone revenue.
Although both the contents were good however selection procedure is not correct.Each should have specific number of votes on the basis of population thus if votes received from low or high it should be perposationaly increased or dicresed but equal representation on the basis of population.This may not suit the organisation as they are also interested to generate revenue which comes from SMSs.
