The rate of income tax should b same for all levels what ever b the income of person. All wil pay same percentage of his income. After working for 20hr of the day giving 30-40% of in income to govt. in not a easy feelling.
Dear FM I would like to say that the government should take care of their people, they have so much of talented peoples having great mind. Then why don't they use their mind in decreasing the poverty, giving maximum chances of new generations. Today everything's price is on a peak and income tax and many other taxes is like putting "ghee in the fire". Please try to stop these things. Guys who are rich getting more richer and the poor ones becoming more poorer. I think finance minister or any minister should keep themself in shoes of a common man atleast once. Then they will realize about the problems and "daal aate ka bhaav".

FM may consider the following: i. The pensionwrs above 65 should get Transport fare -air, bus, train - reduced as 25 %. Aged above 70 yrs free bus pass life time, train as 25 % of fare and air as 30% of the actual fare
ii. Medical allowance be increased with age slab Rs 1550 mensem above 70 yrs iii. See all rural elders registered for old-age pension. Ex service men, unemployed youth getting stipend be roped in to get all welfare schemes of State/Centre implemented fully.
iv.Primary Health Centre should have a geriatric unit for basic relief and to guide. Ambulances in PHC could not be utilised for want of drivers ( often two vans with one driver)or other administrative hardship. v. Provide transport facilities to bring farm produce to the urbal market vi Increase weekly shandies so that traders can buy directly from the farmers reducing intermediaries. Consumers also get fresh veg at cheap prices vii. Schools having more children be provided with transport facilities at less cost to encourage children going to schools. State buses can make special trips linking schools in each road (details can be worked out) viii Encourage elders save their funds with better interest rates.
