Tax payers must have choice of EET or TEE. Govt should not impose EET in Direct Tax Code. Furhter, there should be uniform defination of 'Sr. Citizen' for all applicable benefits/laws and 'TDS' should not be aapilcable to investment of 'Sr. Citizen'
