The wasting of funds meant for the down trodden through multiplicity of "overseeing" agencies;the siphoning off funds to private pockets and overseas banks; the slothful bureaucracy; the venal politicians protecting their own turfs and playing one against the other; the vote bank preservation at any cost; scant disregard of national interest; archaic laws, promotion of sycophancy; lack of accountability,partial judiciary and policing etc etc have set the country back when it could have been so much more advanced. Till politicians, bureaucrats and law makers are made accountable nothing much will happen to alleviate poverty in the country. The wealthy will become wealthier and the poor will continue to wallow in misery! Ultimately this divide will cause dissension in society - read the current Naxal movement-and tear the fabric of the nation. Planning, budgeting, forecasting might look good on paper and get a pat on the back internationally but what about its poor implementation? Any thoughts on that, FM?
Please reform the fiscal statutes like stamp Act and Court Fees Act to avoid discretionary power to lower rank officials(they are qualified to scrutiny the txns). Please try have fixed amount of tax rather advolrem tax in non staple fiscal like stamp Act. Try to improve the morality in public office that would improve the quality of life

Make Police Privatized.Each company will be in power for only 5 years and they will be selected when people VOTE for State election.
Ambanis, TATA all the biggies run their business empire in billions or trillion of rupees but they never figure out in the highest income tax payers.
If they are getting dividends from the company and making a killing on them it is time to revisit or if they are hiding raid them.
Tax 30% on the amount greater than 10 crores on money earned from dividends.
WHY KILL THE MIDDLE CLASS EMPLOYEES by burdening them with budget.
Money collected through Income Tax should be allocated to departments based on the performance not just on paper but actual. Follow the principle
Middle Class contribution to Country in comparison to source of income is very high.
a) IT b) Bribe to traffic police on street. c) Corporation Tax d) No police protection or help received when required though they pay tax. e) Why we pay Education Cess when we are already paying so much tax. Though we pay it govt schools remains a shame. f) We don`t pay taxes for the Politicians and their companinons. Please don`t allocate funds from our hard earned money to faciliate them.
ARE WE DOING ANYTHING FOR CORRUPTION?No CLUES better SCRAP THE CONSTITUTION and make a new one on the sideline of what the flaws are there in the current system. Don`t just copy the Constitution.
Also Constitution Should be Scrapped every 50 years.
Constitution has been amended more than 100 times now since its enactment i.e in 50 years
However in US it has been amended only 10 times in 400 years.

Rewrite the constitution. deduct the bribe taken from their PF/Salary. There should be appraisal for Govt employees. Let the govt employees earn from pay on service basis.
How about following the software industry model in government offices? Hire and fire policy?
A clerk or somebody in government office is perhaps more corrupt than a software engineer working for some mnc. Perhaps due to couple of reasons (a) The clerk feels he/she is earning less than the other guys, so give nice salaries to the government folks. (b) Government employees are having proper job security. This super security feeling gives some sort of confidence which is kind of misused. So, get rid of this security feeling for them and make them work productively.
Corruption can be solved by following methods. 1) Leagilising it. 2) Ignoring it. 3) Beliving its happening. 4) Even if its happening, beliving that its good for the country. 5) Paying or accepting bribe to get ahead and hence becoming a part of it.
The most worthless people on earth as they have played politics at the cost of liviing of common men. They are working as brothal who have been responsible for growing unrest amongst poor and middle class people. The way they handled 26/11 CASE is enough to show their true face and character.
If each operation / task / service is given a definite time line in which it is to be undertaken, and that the matter is automatically propagated to senior levels if not completed in the stipulated time line, each officer will automatically inclined to completing the job. The 30 day time limit of RTI is proof enough that accountability can get the job done.
