Why a man has extra advantage of not giving birth to children and bringing them up? Why a man draws this extra advantage? When men will learn to treat other half with dignity?
I think in India this will not be in favor of women, as if this comes as a rule companies would prefer to employ more men compared to women as from company perspective three days means a loss of them and I guess it is in addition to already approved leaves which would put extra pressure on companies to hire men over women
I think women should not work at all and their salary should be sent to their account directly. After so much incentive to women ,is the man is required in society or not?Paid leave incentive leave reservation ..... so much.does it show any equality.man should start himself comparing to cow.

Correct. Another thing 6 months maternity leave and if they apply additional 2/3 months earned leave then entire year gone. Corporates are not working for ..... Sorry - Better not to talk about these kind of things, you will be labelled as a male dominant character, female subjugation etc. There are many men who work for welfare of their families, while their women assume excellent responsibilities at home level - creating a excellent example of family harmony. This is not all an example of male dominance or female subjugation but an excellent practice suggested by ancient traditions for welfare of humanity and world. These kind of examples would not be liked by so called thinkers in line of ............. one can understand. No intention to hurt anybody's feelings, but in Kaliyuga - these things have to happen - they cannot be changed.

Very corrupt thinking. A nation can grow only; (1) Using male and female workforce with full potential for growth. (2) Treat women with dignity as without their contributions this civilization will not survive. (3) The developed nations are the examples that establish how important the women workforce is.
Man come out from narrow thinking, else will remain frustrated!!

Mr Rajendra tare
Contribution of women can be in a different way for the real upliftment of civilization - not in your line of thinking. Intelligent Ancients have already thought over this. Today no new thing needs to be teached. Contribution need not be for amassing of wealth and assuming dominant status in the world. This is what is common thinking today and this will not help harmonious development.

Lets Total Up Leaves .. Women Usually Prefer to work in cosy, office based jobs (Without any field work) , which operate 5 days a week.. So that’s 20 days a month (Of Working) .. Deduct the 3 day period leave so that’s 17 days a month ... We always have at least one holiday for some small festival ... so that’s 16 days a month .. and now if you assume that the working lady is unmarried so she might go for her wedding ..(Once in a Life Time ) so that’s a leave of at least 14 days .. and We can safely assume that she will have one kid .. so that’s a leave of 6 months .. in the working life span of about 15 years .. So we are down to 15 days a month of working ... In case she decides to have 2 kids we are down to 14 days a month .. So in Effect a woman is getting double the salary of a man .. or she is uneconomical to the organisation ..
