OK. GIVE THEM ANY NUMBER OF DAYS BUT...

...We Should Get At Least 1 Day.

Especially A Monday.

Because Most Get FULL TIGHT On Saturday And Wake Up On Monday Thus Sacrificing Sunday.

And On Monday, Another Peg Is Needed To Neutralize And Be Brave Enough To Face Tuesday With A ‘Chinese Look’

Give them a permanent break from jobs....
by subramanya balaji on Mar 31, 2017 12:36 PM

Women say they need to be treated at par with the men. The why so many leaves with the already existing leaves. The current scenario looks like women by competing with men for jobs are sure to make men feel useless. Already there are many homes where both husband and wife are in well placed jobs and there are some homes where men even if well educated are jobless. This can become socially serious times to come.

Should women get 3 days paid period leave?

There is limit for privacy or secrecy. In India this will lead to lot of gossips and derisions.
The casual leave or sick leave is enough to decide about their privacy leave for women.
There is no necessity to have a separate care for allowing this leave facility. To a certain extent when ladies take leave, the managers do understand and allow them without any question.
Let us maintain wonen privacy in India at least.
There are advertisements of sanitary napkins which have already seduced the minds and taken away the women privacy.

Should woman get three days paid period leave ?
by on Mar 31, 2017 11:21 AM

These three days are the period when the eggs become fertile. In such a scenario men should get everyday paid leave. I just wonder why such articles with such useless topics appearing. It looks the media exhausted all the subjects.

it will help them as well as many... in my office, almost every 6 months drainage block happens due to them only, of course they dont have no other go but to flush in the office. so if they dont come to office it will save lot of money. Also if we give 5 days leave then it will help them a lot, especially for some them this period means complications so they can sit at home and take rest.

Beneficiaries will be white coloured job.
by Gladyschellam on Mar 31, 2017 11:15 AM

The discussion is more about white coloured jobs having about 5% of total women population. What about unorganized sectors where large percentage of women are working. In unorganized sectors women are being paid lesser salary for the same job which men do. If this point is raised comparing some other countries it will be mere political and ever it is considerd the beneficiaries will be very meagre in percentage-wise. All private employers will dicourage employment to women.
