There should be leave granted to the women. If apart from this leave there salary should be deducted. I think in some service providers companies will think to support this law and some would not.

Its better to give women full liberty to work as per their convenience and no time restriction. If work will not be completed then its responsibility of superior to finish the same. Even for them liberty should be their to work either from home or from office. Also some leave for relatives visit to their house.

Accept women and their biological cycle in its own form. There should be no feel of embarrassment over these only make women comfortable going out without any worry. Physical discomfort they know how to handle.

Certainly in favour of leave

Mr. Dilip Mishra has proposed a very simple solution. I am in strong support of leave for women as they are naturally defferent and need to be treated differently so that they can progress individually and at the same time, the company will also benefit.
Women will feel much relaxed and the company will ultimately benefit with some of the best minds in the world.

We already have 10 days leave in a month
by sunil on Mar 31, 2017 01:25 PM

We already have 10 days leave per month. 4 saturday 4 sunday 1 casual leave and 1 privilege leave.

Maybe those sector who do not give saturday and sunday both off, can be asked to comply.

We can also make flexible day off rather than enforcing only saturday and sunday. That way girls can take upto 4 days off at a stretch.

WOMEN FORMS LARGE PART OF POPULATION WHO CAN CONTRIBUTE A LOT FOR THE PROGRESS OF THE COUNTRY. AT THE SAME TIME THEYA RE PHYSICALLY DIFFERENT AND TO BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY. THEN PRIVACY OF WOMEN ALSO TO BE MAINTAINED. WHAT I FEEL INSTEAD OF LEAVE FOR PERIODS, THEY MAY BE GIVEN 12 DAYS MORE SICK LEAVES AND ACCORDINGLY THEIR CTC CAN BE ADJUSTED SO THAT THERE IS NO NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE COMPANY AS WELL AS THE EMPLOYBILITY OF THE LADY WORK FORCE.
