Fact is most of the people accepting this view point are Hind00s
by Pen diamond on Sep 11, 2014 03:34 PM  | Hide replies

Curious how the Hind00 mind is accepting of any idea, with a small rationale.
and how others are irrationale and keep on multiplying.
So net result is we will have a group of people in the world who are all irrational

the hindu mind as you have put it is open to any idea. but it is not necessary they will follow it. in the sanathana dharma (since it is YOU who brought the religion factor) marriage like every other ritual has a purpose(sankalpam) -its DHARMA PRAJAPATYARTHAM meaning the boy and girl promise that they are marrying to beget children who shall continue the lineage. so the real hindu though is open to the idea will not accept it because it will defeat the very purpose of marriage.

For all the said reasons above.
Same holds True for marraige also, So why marry then?

Having children increases expenses, repsonsibility but at the same time it is a joyous experience. I am enjoying it.

Not having children creates vacuum and loneliness at a later stage in life.
And more importantly when one in the couple expires then things are horrible for people without children.

Appreciate and respect your vviews, and great that you are enjoying a life with kids.
However , can't agree to the fact that not having a kid creates a vacuum later in life. INfact bigger is the vacuum when the kid is there , and has no time fo ryou. And it is not always deliberate, the world order and situation demands that our children be selfish, and pursue their interests with one minded focus. So if you are depending on your kinds filling the vacuum later in life, please be cautious and dont get burdened by your own expectations.Be bold and self independent.....

FACTS why married couple HAVE kids.

1. They are not happy in their relationship and try to seek happiness from their kids and inturn ruin their lives.

2. They are frustrated individuals either in career or something else. They want to again gain something selfish by living their lives through their kids.

Think 100 times before having kids. PLEASE.

fact.

i am a hindu. My parents had an arranged marriage. A disfunctional , non-existing couple who hated each other. I was the second child. I sure was a mistake just like millions of other Indians born due to the mistake of arranged marriage.

Anyway my parents removed all their unhappiness , frustrations, anger ON ME.

Im now married and extremely happy with my relationship with my wife and the only thing I am certain of in my life is - I do not need a kid.

THANK YOU.

people who want to but cannot have

Take precaution or not, birth of a child is out of control and at many points, being spiritual does not mean remaining childless
