I am a Type 1 diabetic as well as having High BP, surviving on external insulin. This information about food is very useful. I agree with mr. Pradeep Agwarwal, about providing similar information about foods good in both High and Low Blood pressure. These are more life style diseases, hence I must tell everyone suffering from these diseases to also take atleast 20 minute brisk walk and follow a light regime of Yoga and light excercise.

Pranayam, at least Anulom Vilom is very very useful in BP, to start same with 5 min and to increase it till 25 to 30 min will bring massive change in BP
