Women cannot work every where, this has been the reason for all the crimes and harassments which have increased in the recent couple of decades. Women think they are liberal. Infact they are not. They can work only as teachers and palces where they dont have to work along with Men.
the women who wear provocative dresses to distract men.Now they argue that concept of "provocative dressing" is debatable, but yuor common sense will tell you what is provocative and what is not.
They roam around with guys in cafeteria,coffe bars in the name of "friendship" ..we all know what "friends" they are. STILL WE ONLY BLAME MEN.

In most cases asking them to work equally turns out to be harassment. For everything else they are equals with men but not for working. When it comes to work, they take excuses, say they are ladies, they have problems at home, bla-bla; if a stringent boss tries to discipline them there is a complaint of harassment. I think misuse is more than real use.
Now they will feed , drink and get a free drive from the guys , they can do whatever they want , but they want a sati savitri kind of law to protect and enable them to get money , fame and promotion.

I dont know about % but these days women too have became too promiscuous...Law should be equal...men too r facing harassment by women,why the law is in favor ONLY towards women???
Iam also working in office fifty fifty are working, there is like dislike are there like are nor harrasrment , dislike will be harrasment, some time we are telling them work has to get it down as soon as possible, they will that he is harrasing .
interpretation should proper work place harrsh ness and angry will be comon, but such thing saying harrasing totoly wrong AKM
