Sometime it happens in everybody's life.He is going through bad patch. In 23 years, he is going second time thru bad patch. So no need to worry. He wil definately do something great. He is gem of cricket. Only one alternative is there for him..go for a rest of a month or two and come back..He will thrash all the bowlers.

It's not bad form, just ending of an Era...
by Jaguar on Dec 15, 2012 12:07 AM

SRT should talk to his family/friends and take a call on his retirement.. It's quite evident that he's reached a point of no return.. This is the end.. end of Tendulkar era.. He should call it a day before the next Test series..

I think that time has arrived for Sachin to retire from International Cricket. It's disappointing to see a great batsman struggling to move on to double figure and with respect to rest of the Indian team it is high time for others batsman to go back to domestic cricket and learn the art of playing 5 day game and come back. IPL should not be basis to select the team for test matches. BCCI should know that test matches are played by players who can stay on the wicket and have patience

No doubt he is the best batsman in the world. However looking after his recent form, I feel that he is should voluntarily move out from cricket as Ricky Ponting did. However I would like to see Sachin move out with a grand style. It would be a tragedy if BCCI drops him as it would be an absolute insult to the greatest batsman world has seen and I am sure they will never see another batsman of Sachin callibre. Playing for 23 yrs for the country is a phenomenal achievement and difficult for current crop of players to play for so long. Also the fact the competition of getting into playing XI has increased.
