Typical South African psychology. They don't have the temperament to become champion. The way they played the 20th over yesterday, no one had any doubts that this team is no match to CSK.

U r correct.. South africa should have cultural exchange program with India or US. In case not they will not know how important to be No-1 at any given event. For example, in India we are No 1 CWG mess-up with 70,000 Cr Rs and also another 2,000 Cr mess up in UID. Let South africa learn all these things from India

Its advantage Airtel from commercial point of view. Airtel is an Indian Company, recently entered SA with Zain acqusition. So a final between a SA team and Indian Team best served their interests.
Warriors played like timids in the match and gave away the match to CSK from the first ball bowled.
CSK has the makings of a champion franchise. I remember comparing them with Chelsea FC some time ago. The team is easily the best T20 team around because of a variety of factors: Seniors (Muralidaran, Hayden) who are totally involved, amazing crop of youngsters who have emerged alongside the franchise - Raina, Vijay, Ashwin, mature and cool headed players such as Dhoni, Morkel, Hussey, Bolinger, and Badrinath, and finally a no-frills franchise ownership - no starlets, no super-rich ladies hugging youngsters, etc. All factors combined make CSK a truly champion side. Alas, it will be broken up and we can see the spectacle of other franchises coughing up huge money for CSK auctioned players. BRAVO CHENNAI!!!
The 4th one will be a toss up between Morkel and Muralidharan. Likely they will go for Morkel.
Simple reasons: Indian players are more valuable than foreigners, because 7 of them play while you can play only 4 foreigners. Some franchises still not get this simple fact.
Morkel because good all-rounders are scarse commodity. Also, India does not have one.

Dhoni, Raina, Bollinger n M Vijay would be perfect for retaining in the order of the amount.. Am damn sure all the above players will go more than the amount specified for retaining in the auction next yr..
Some might speculate that the New South Wales Redbacks or Victoria Bushrangers might have beaten CSK in a final. VB beat them in a league game and NSW Redbacks did not play CSK. That is all speculation. The fact is that CSK won and there is no doubt that CSK was the most talented & best all-round team. Congrats to them and also to Viya and Ashwin for being the highest run-getter and wicket-taker in the tourney. what a pity that Mumbai Indians choked very early despite having high-priced players and that key players of Bangalore Challengers were injured. But this tournament was not as exciting and entertaining as the IPL.
