is this is a team for world cup? THe players who are unfit for IPL r played worldcup? If Dhoni involved in selecting this team then remove Dhone else selectors.

selectors r to be blamed. They select players considering their past record and not on current form. selectors judge a batsman with his ability of hitting big sixes e.g. y pathan, y singh both players were out of form in ipl 3
everyone seem to be only blaming dhoni for the poor performance. i agree he too wasnt in great touch but keep in mind he did not get the best team either.
First of all the chosen ones were partying hard that they forgot their role in the team.
Bowlers were not given any importance at all. Zaheer seemed to be tired and nehra who just came out of injury was not the best bowler of the side. there was no strike bowlers in the team.
too much dependent on part timers. Inclusion of jadeja in the side was questionable but still best players are not selected to be included in the side.(amit mishra, pragyan ojha)
Lack of genuine all rounders is the biggest worry for indian cricket from past 10 years. (irfan could have been included). look at other teams there are watson, pollard, morkel, white, bravo etc... these are match winners and captain has some flexibility both with bowling as well as batting.
Also fielding wasnt the best, we have seen it in IPL, they could have done better.
Also inclusion of sehwag and sachin wouldnt have done better either. Even if we put 200 runs on the board any team could have chased no bowlers in the side.
Indians have the tendency to forget soon. remember 2007 world cup debacle we had the best team including sachin, sehwag and all but still we lost and out in first round itself.
So i feel BCCI should take strong steps for those found guilty like yuvaraj singh and make an example. remember what ACB did to symonds similar measures are neccessary
This is India.....just 2 weeks back Dhoni was the greatest Indian Skipper ever..and just 3 losses in the carribean has undone everything...come on man..if anything and anyone has to be blamed..its the selectors..the ever partial selectors.. Sacking Dhoni amidst these times will make it all the morev difficult for Indian Cricket.... He is one of the tigers of India..only 1411 left.. SAVE HIM!!!

i agree. he is the best wicketkeeper batsman available now his coolness is the one to be admired.

this is india.... people do not understand that it is game treat it like game.. win lose is the part of game same as happy & sadness is part of life... so come on man donot overreact on team india exit frm world cup.. if only one team wins every time then what will be crazyness of game... look at 2007 50-50 world cup... how it is boring as aus win again.... so be cool man
India's debacle is due to IPL (Shastri, Gavaskar please excuse me - just because you guys get extra-ordinary money do not support IPL). Yes, IPL has to be played in sporting pitches and the number of matches have to be reduced. Dhoni & co got huge money and they do not want to play to their potential in world cup. Look at our pace bowling - why cannot they bowl bouncers? Stupid, indian fans they will forget everything when India wins against a one-day series (at home) against a weaker team.
This is the mistake of all the cricket lovers. We have given a lot of importance to cricket and it's players. It should also be considered as other sports and always don't set the too much expectations.
The Difference between India and Austrlia is - Indian players gives 100% while playing IPL (ofcourse for Money), Australians gives everything when plays for the country. Am not a fan of Australia, but need to accept that Australians deserve to be No.1 on all 3 formats.
Note: India will NEVER win a single Trophy/championship till IPL exists
It would be really big blow to Indian cricketers and to their pocket, if we stopped using those products which are advertise by our cricketers. By this way, the products owners also learn as well as our players.
After watching todays match between aus and pak, feels like we do not deserve to be in semis. Dhoni and team do not even showed a fraction of zeal they showed in IPL.

Yea U r right.... the Team India was gud to b out coz it would b a even more hammering loss .. c the semi's n u can get a clue what a gud game is.... Yuvi is a being very very dump.. I dont even knw y Uthhappa was exclued frm the squad.. MS Dhoni as a captain is gud but overall he is the overrated player (c his shots n u ll knw he is just a lucky player not a gud one).. He should by now realise the importance of Experience n show his respect to Dravid n Tendulkar hum he is soo eager to throw out of all kind of formats of the game..
