BCCI is steadily losing its credibility as an organization that can administer Indian cricket with its knee jerk reactions. Firstly it allows the Team India to be flogged thro' IPL matches with zero rest in between and if Dhoni claims the team was totally tired out when reaching the Caribbean, he is made the scapegoat. What prevented the BCCI to plan a little more diligently and have the team reach there slightly earlier. Same way with the late night parties after IPL matches in India. If they felt it was hurting our chances to win matches overseas, they should have stepped in time and stopped them. BCCI is all the time trying to rake in the extra moolah and when things go wrong, it wants to make scapegoats out of the hapless cricketers, to save its backside. Better set your own house in order, first, BCCI as we see no signs of intelligent mature decision making in your camp.
yuvraj,jaheer are in the same position like ajay jadeja and azharuuddin who was just playing the cricket for fun because they got paisa and sohrat.the indian players should respect the country's wish to play game for winning the tournament.and i wish to say to our prime minister dr singh to make rules and regulation for all khel sangh and boards of all the games,which are not today that's why there is no responsibility for palyers and the selectors for country.today cricket game is only for making of money.i think it is very bad for cricket game.
what is the fault of dhoni???He & his team mates r used like donkeys to play cricket day-night-years with parties by BCCI-IPL franchs.Now he is a human being & not a machine!!!We still remember how players like Kapil-srikannth-vengsarakr used to play FOR country & NOT for money only..
The current bunch of players don't have the attitude to succeed and devotion for the same. They are mesmerised with the money and luxurious life they are getting through cricket. They should realise that without cricket they are nothing. Selectors should stop favoritism and think logically before selecting the team. If the players are fit enough, age shouldn't come as a barrier for that. Look the way the 35 year old Mike Hussey played for Australia to make them into final. Kirsten should be given enough rights to control the team and He should be in included in selection procedure. Talent, Discipline, Devotion,Teamwork and Will power to succeed only can make a team perform consistenly. Selectors should select the team only on the basis of current form/ability to play in different tracks and fitness.
No one is talking about removal of Dhoni from Captain. It is media creating news for sacking him and then raising voices against the same.. Dhoni has lot of potential and he will perform. But there are other senior players in the team who are not fit has to rest as like Sehwag got few years back, so that they will come back good. BCCI should not let this team go as is.. some non performers have to be rested, that will be a lesson for others who are in that queue.

In today's sports world, change is a required formula to get winning team. The sellectors (if they exist) should give chance to new faces and see the talent. I havent seen any one who played exceptionally well getting into the Indian squad

I Agree, no new player exceptionally played to get in to Indian squad. But players like Virat Kohli, Irfan Pathan, Pragyan Ojha should be in 15 memebr squad against non-performers. Dinesh Karthick should get a chance in playing 11, as he has performed consistently to make 30 to 50 runs ( with a partnership 70 ) many times.. By doing this some players ( Yuvi, Gauti, Rohit , Ravindra, Zaheer) learn lesson and come back good after a short break.. They have lot of potential, but we must take decision like australian board to give rest to non-performers.

Mr g guruswamy U don't want but fact is every true indian cricket supporter wants dhobi to be sacked. I am not judging him on this one performance but see him for period of time. U will find he never desrved a place in team based on merit. He is such a non performing(with bat)regional & political guy who destroyed Indian cricket. All senior players like sachin, dravid, laxman,sehwag etc humiliated during this politician captaincy.
