May be this incident also distracted the match referee as Rohit Sharma could have been in trouble after showing his bat to umpire after a horrible lbw decision against him.

Jadeja might not have performed well in the past. But in yesterday's match I think he bowled well. So why Jadeja?
no use of apologising now.. use the same tactic against them also ... even if lankans needed 20-30 runs when it is sure that they win the match and some 1 like sangakkara on 80's, 90's... just bowl NO-BALL and WIDE ON LEGSIDE with NO FIELDER AT FINE LEG untill they loose century, Later apologise for it ...
I don't know if anyone remembers the Kolkata test vs South Africa in 2010 where Virender Sehwag deliberately kicked the ball out of boundary rope which was hit by Hashim Amla on the last ball of an over so that Morne Morkel would be the striker for the next over. However the umpire spotted this and 5 runs were gifted to South Africa. Where was the spirit of cricket then Mr. Sehwag ???

did that make any gr8 effect ? was amla on 99 and missed a century at the time ? did it change the result of test just becuze of it ? SouthAfrica was already down by 9 wickets at that time... it didnt make much effects on anyone unlike this, it may not be spirit of cricket, but as u r saying umpire has corrected the act by giving 5 runs . then how shewags act will affect anyway ? so just dont blindly cut paste some one else is putting...
