Can we think as Indians for India
by Krishnakumar Narayanan on Mar 24, 2009 12:53 PM

People talked tough when Dravid was in poor form (still he is), People talked tough when ganguly was not doing well. This is quite common. Don't add regionalism into such remarks. Blaming each other is the bane of Indians and that is why the clever politicians managed to loot us since independence. That is why the terrorists could sneak in to our territory at will and do whatever they want. can't we think as Indians for India? Please be polite in these discussion forums.

Let's all accept some facts
by T. Balasubramanian on Mar 24, 2009 12:47 PM  | Hide replies

Guys
Please don't waste your time in prasing and screaming at Sachin. Sachin will remain as sachin and he knows his own capabilities and possibilities. Let's just wait and watch and enjoy the game as a whole.
OK, in terms of brand endorsments... which cricketer didn't endorse brands?? for all your kind information Mr. Dhoni at this point endorses 28 BRANDS. It's their desired capabilities that earns these endorsements.
The same Sachin endorses lot of things free of cost for social causes, nobody talks about that.
Please guys, don't bullshit here, let the master be master

Mr.Sunil PATIL..I am a Kannadiga and since Sachin's debut I am one of his greatest fans.I have been following cricket for more than 20 years now and I can bet that you will find equal number of Sachin fans in Bangalore as in Mumbai..I want you to educate me on anything Maharashtrian which is hated by Kanndadigas as i cant think of anything amazing and the reason for anyone to be jealous about.dont forget that there re greats from this state aswell like kumble to adore about.I think charity begins from home and atleast you should not be talking about regional bias after the recent episodes.jai hind..

He is one of the most patriotic person,he is the only indian player who has tricolour in his helmet,he is the first person who said "I play for india not for BCCI".What ever he is today its due to the sheer decication, hard work he has done, not due to any one he is writing all sort of things.

I am South Indian and have a big wall per of Sachin & Rahul Dravid (both Maharashtrian) in my room. I admire both these players especially Sachin, whose commitment, honesty, passion for the game is commendable.
Moreover, please do not try to divide the nation with such nasty comments. We are all Indians and cannot survive without each other

General Election will be held in Pakistan not in India
by Full of Joy on Mar 24, 2009 12:35 PM  | Hide replies

General Election will be held in Pakistan as India facing Terror threat..

Are we safe in India? or it myth , created by some specific English cHannels.

At the moment our country is run by media not by government.

Government played by media people...

Its wrong message to the world tht India is in the line of Pakistan and Afghanistan...

Its not all abt Money, Business, IPL, BCCI or Cricket , Its all abt how we proved our selves tht we are incapable and sending wrong messages to the world.

India have two major events in coming yrs like Commonwealth Games and ICC World cup...

Its also hamper our tourisom industry...

Its very huge consequances on longer run...

Government can handle much better if they didnt speak media's language

As an Indian I m really humilated today...
