It is very clear from the messages left on this board that people are angry. It is misdirected anger. It is only flaming the situation. However I failled to see anyone feeling sorry for the policemen who lost there lives protecting the team and the players. The hattered for Pakistanis is so evident that it repluse me. What ever happend to the slogans of Gandhi and brotherhood? For someone whith a little sense would know that it is always the behind the scene politicians, Indian or Pakistani that gain. One has to be objective and think who is to gain from such attacks, clearly not he Pakistani people. However an unstable Pakistan could strenghten India and its booming economy.
Everyday hundrads and thousands die in India and other nations for deomestic, socio-political, criminal, racial, violence. Does this mean we invade the whole nation is guilty? Please think before writtng stupid unbiased commnets to offen a soverign nation and its people.

Dear Guest, I am not sure you understand the whole history of violence and suffering India had from Pakistan. Well, the general Pakistani public may not be to blame, but the general condition defies all logic. Jaisa Raja waisa praja. If we go by this logic, then the whole Pakistani community is to be blamed. They may be just a burden on the earth or scum on earth

When he says defies rationale..he means this...
by Sangita Menon on Mar 04, 2009 01:47 AM

When westerners and Indians are killed mindlessly, Ramachandra Guha and his friends like Arundhati Roy, Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar etc used to say, we have to look at the root causes of terrorism for eliminating terrorism.

Sri Lanka has nothing to do with Palestine, Iraq, Kashmir or Gujarat or Salman Rushdie. Still their famous sons, cricketers are targeted. So, it defies rationale...Am i right, Mr Guha?

Lateral Thinking

Clearly this is an attack planned and masterminded by ISI handlers but the difference is that they have used some Indian Kashmiri's who have been smuggled for their Arms training.

In a day or two, ISI will slowly start releasing 'valid' proof of the involvement of 'Indian' nationals involved in terrorism in Pakistani soil.

Neat Revenge for the lashing that Pakistan got at the hands of India for the Mumbai bombings.

Lets see if India can survive this ISI master stroke!!

Solution
by Rajesh Kumar on Mar 04, 2009 01:17 AM  | Hide replies

it is to india invades pakistan dismantle all its pseudo govt entities and set up a military base there. USA had done the same in germany, japan now in iraq.
reason...after WWI, the germans lost, but they were fuming this defeat from the inside and nazis were born. USA and allied forces realised this and after WWII they stationed permanent troops across germany to slowly change the nazi thinking(young germans are more tolerant than the old ones, i am in germany). its worked and germany is now under strong democracy. the same should be done with pak. the jihadi ideology must change from the political mindset.
the pakis are angry at india not coz of kashmir but for 1971 bangladesh. they feel india cut one of its arms and they still don't forget it.
time india stood up clear its own neighborhood

I agree. Until the anti-India madrasas which poison the mind of the young there are removed/replaced the disease of terrorism which has seated itself too deeply and for a very long time, the problem of terrorism being bred there will not be removed. The top masterminds have realised this and have been breeding the innocent terrorists from a very young age by twisting their view in what is right and wrong. For them the very act of doing a terroristic activity is actually good. It just doesnt occur to them that they are doing wrong.

Imagine if instead of being taught te right morals and values in schools and by your parents and friends, you were taught the way of a terrorist. The weapon wielding terrorists are merely 'Pawns in the whole game of chess'. Its time to remove the masterminds (the kings and queens who are playing behind the scene, away from the publics' eyes). The evil of terrorism needs to be removed from the roots, or the tree will merely sprout more 'branches' of terrorism for every 'branch' of terrorism cut down/eliminated.

It is time the USA stops aiding Pakistan by giving out aid which is being misused by the Pakistan government. It is time for USA to buy out and control the nuclear arsenal of Pakistan and let India carry out Surgical strikes against the terrorists and the brainwashing Madrasas which teach " 'B' for Bandook etc. "
