there is one thing about DRAVID that he can play anywhere in any conditions .never forget when Marilier from Zimbabwe invented a new shot (called marilier shot), Dravid was the only player in the series who tried the same shot in the nxt match. so he has the capability of playing any kind of shot.and talking about the current IPL he has proved himself that he is "THE WALL"
who says rahul batting does nt suits ODI?? yes till 1998 he was very slow but thereafter he worked on his batting if he could see his SR after the matches in 1998, its very good. he has record of fastest fifty for an indian(20 balls) so u cnt say that he is not fit for ODI. and offcourse he is among best catchers in slip. dravid has been selected so that if he performs better than he would beretired in a respectful manner probably after 2011 WC. so welcome dravid. hopes u will do better than expected.

he bats according to situation. when we need to save the wkt then he plays a bit slowly but otherwise he tries to play quick. he technically gr8 so he dnt use to slog and use technically good shot to make runs and still able to manage play quickly even in T20s.
I am a great fan of Dravid. It seems the selection committee wants Dravid to play a few series and retire himself in proud, like Ganguly and Kumble, instead of throwing him out.

How can u say tht picking Dravid is the worst decision in Indian cricket history. Dravid has a class, that is why he is back. He is a big big player for world cricket and can not be removed easlily. Come on wall chak de phatte. There will must be a reason on which dravid is called the wall.

A Kuthe is Barking, he is jelous that DADA has been dropped & once dropped DADA Cannot prove him self. Still BCCI and Selection Commitee has given him chance to retire respectfully. Go and Fishes for tonight at your home pond.
You donot have any right to talk cheap about any player who played for the country. I think your comments from the beggnning proves what type of human you are.

u r in pain ur dada was left out...selector wanted to select dada but he took retirement..what to do
Nothing shocking about it. Rather his exclusion was shocking. The player & former captain of his stature deserves a respectable exit on his own terms and not on others will.
