Country has gone to Dogs

It may sound harsh but its a fact that this country has gone to dogs....see how dirty games are being played in the name of sports where money is the only driving force....and all our national tv channels are running all this throughout the day as the breaking news as if that is going to some good to common man....even after all this and the kind of game indian team is playiing we still have the time to follow all this and discuss and waste time....look at the state of affairs around you relating to ones daily life and think how much are all this people concerned with that....thats why i say this country has gone to dogs

Talend academy
by Bhuwaneshwar on Aug 24, 2007 01:36 PM

It is a plan and will be a plan only. The result will be same.

Even though if talented player will be shortlisted in those academy I guess they will not play for India's National team.

A different type of poltics will be there.

And one more thing if ICL has already planning on this why they need to open another leage. It's better to take the good player from ICL.

Very well said. Also Vilasrao wants to make Mumbai another Shanghai which i think is a distant dream even in 10-15 years from now because people will still spit or urinate anywhere they want. Even in the smallest cities in China which are 10 times better than mumbai. I really hope the politicians do something about it. Just go to loo in the Mumbai Intl airport and you will see what i mean to say. I really hope that India is better place to live within the next 5 years in spite of such a booming economy.

Some of the members of TEAM INDIA are down with FLU and management is going to decide playing 11 as let as possible today! Drama has unfolded as TEAM INDIA showed its real character in 1st ONE-DAYER against recently miserable ENGLAND. Now lets see who is the culprit of TEAM INDIA's ONE DAY downfall and who is AXED from the current squad with unjustifiable reasons.....!!!

Shame on Team Management who cannot clearly and transparently convey messages to Players!

That idi-ot Pawar now will bring more money that he had been keeping with him all these years. He anyways is the biggest Mafia DON of Mumbai, he can get money from anywhere. Till now he was keeping his A-S-S on all that BCCI money.

HRS Mani Mani
BCCI, ICL and Indian Cricket
by HRS Mani Mani on Aug 24, 2007 01:11 PM

BCCI is thinking of setting up academies only after ICL came into existence. Full credit to ICL to make BCCI act in the interest of cricket. BCCI is lazy sleeping giant, controlled by politicians. Hope cricket in India will improve in the years to come whether it is BCCI or ICL. Long live cricket, a gentleman's game full of lessons to live.
