i agree with coach observations. As a matter of fact ganguly has become unfit for the last two years, more so arrogance is shown in his face. Always others in his team are at fault if he looses the game and if the game is won, he is responsible. This is not a good leadership. Ganguly should be removed captaincy and as well as from the team. since he is unfit, he is creating groups in the team. The way Laxman was made run out is an indication by itself. Like many a times earlier also many batsmen were made out. It is good sign that the coach has pointed out clearly andour team will win the world cup if ganguly is removed from team totally. Ganguly had let loose his tongue on Coach by using words on his Character - it is indecent. Ganguly got into enough of controversies . Cricket is a dignified , Cultured and Gentleman's game.I think India need to concentrate on 2007 World Cup.It is high time Ganguly is dropped and Coach be given a fair opportunity to build up the Team India with full vigour. Not withstanding the Sentiments of Bengalis , Ganguly in the interest of Indian Cricket should be shown the door.Dalmiaji should not support Ganguly if at all he is interested in India winning the World Cup and buliding up a reputed Team India.As far as winning the Zimbabwe Series is concerned, I think our Under 19 team or even Delhi or Hyderabad Ranji teams can register the so called convincing victories against the present Zimbabwe team.So Ganguly should not boast on this aspect.
Chappels observation on u is "U are physically and mentally unfit". Then what are u waiting for and going on issuing statements about future matches ! Get the hell out of the Indian Team.......
Chappel is a sincere and honest Coach and he has been appointed till 2007 World Cup by Indian Board.......Hence bow down to his observation and vacate your place immediately for some deserving player !!!! Otherwise, u will be facing further embarassments, which should not be the case at the fag end of the career.....If u are intelligent, u will realize your position !!!
Its time for Ganguly to pack his bags & get out of captaincy withdecency else he should be kicked out enough is enough Today he is rejoicing his win over Zimbabwe Tomorrow hw will do the same with Bangladesh,Kenya & other low ranked countries.Tomorrow he will play gully cricket & will express satisfaction if he wins INCIDENTALLY.I dont understand how Management is allowing him to continue despite such failures May be because the higher ups also are from his home state
My Mind goes to the days when Raj singh managed the affair of BCCI .He would drop any player whom he wishes like Mohinder Amarnath.It was his steel like heart brought him back and he had to prove his talent always.He was denied captaincy and it went to Vengsarkar who had not even captained Mumbai.
Simlarly Ganguly is pampered by Dalmia ,if such things happen what will be the moral of team.Selectors are really BUNCH OF JOKERS some of them not even played test cricket.
Most important point is Lallu once he gets the attention he will not only spoil the game but bring his MY formula,then If Paswan follows suit he will ask for minority caste captain.
coach Chapple has done the right thing,but howsoever good his intentions be, he has touched a man who is a big CHAMCHA of D and M both and this is what that matters here the most.before patting his back SG should not forget that his (by chance)100 in one test was against the weekest team.what happend to him in second test.He has now become outdated and obsolete.He should now better sit on the counter of his restaurant and count the coins over there.Chapple may have to pay the price of touching one of the most indisciplined players of the team.
