FAIYAJ!I clearly understand that you are NOT in a position to give me lectures on developmental and minority issues.
I am an XLRI graduate.I hve worked with some of the best topnotch cos in managerial positions in Indonesia,Malaysia and middle east countries.
And I know very well about the status of minorities in the said countries.
And dont talk to me on developmental issues as I hve handled much more graeter responsibilities in top MNCs.
Moreover you cannot stop others to express their views.
And if u hink that u r much more intelligent than others, just apply for Noble Prize.

You seem to have inferiority complex ,that is why you jumped in giving your educational details & professional resume.HA ! ha!Boy I am just setting your statement right.Yes You have right of expression so being intellectual( if you think you are ) express in that way. You are being very HALKA i your expression. Boy I am working in Germany with ABB as Sr consultant & myself graduate engineer just for your information if you want to compare your degrees with me.I know XLRI . I am alumuni of that instt 1991 batch. So stop boasting yourself about your degree & your work culture.Had you work with MNC on above issues as you described then definitly you wouldnt have such outburst like you did in your earlier mails. OK I dont give lecture to you but take it from someone who is more sensible then me .you will get better ideas to work with MNC then.
