You are being very HALKA i your expression. Boy I am working in Germany with ABB as Sr consultant & myself graduate engineer just for your information if you want to compare your degrees with me.I know XLRI . I am alumuni of that instt 1991 batch. So stop boasting yourself about your degree & your work culture.Had you work with MNC on above issues as you described then definitly you wouldnt have such outburst like you did in your earlier mails. OK I dont give lecture to you but take it from someone who is more sensible then me .you will get better ideas to work with MNC then.
