Method is as follows -
1. In a quiet surrounding, place the image of lord Ganesh in front of you.
2. Sit in upright posture on ground or on a chair.
3 Light in the room must be dimly focussed on Ganesha.
4. Take very long breathings till the time you totally calm down mentally & all other thoughts are removed.
5 Take long breathing & imagine the divine rays are coming from Ganesha & entering your body with every IN-Breathing. During OUT-Breathing recite "Om Namoh Bhagwate Shi Ganesh Devay".
6. Initial few days may go in practicing it, but surely after sixth day benifits begin to appear.
7. Benifits are - Calm mind, cool composure, Better health & above all prosperity of all kind.
8. This is an invitation for even those who dont believe in Ganesha, try it & see the difference.
Jai Ganesha

You are right about some very few misguided elements & respect that. I am not bashing any one & I never criticised any philosopher/prophet etc. In fact you have tried to doubt my faith in Ganesha. If it does not suite you, I have no problems. But remember that there are millions of followers of Ganesha & who are hurt to see people posting abusive comments
