RE:I, ME, MYSELF - Ratan Tata

In what context it is said is important. He just want to protect his employees and thats what he meant and we understood. His statement will definitely help boost the moral of all the TATA employees all across the TATA empire due to the care and concern shown by Ratan Tata. This hightened moral will certainly be beneficial to TATAs.

Gentleman,
probably you are not aware that TATA is not a process driven organisation but it is a personality driven organisation.
that is why you see different aspect of management with change in top leader ship between JRD,Russy Mody, sumant mulgaonkar and Ratan tata both at tata motors and tata steel.
with Ratan tata taking over the reins it has become more aggresive and visible globally.
There is nothing wrong in it he is at least careful about its employees whether he says my employees or our employees.
however this is true that with such growth and mergers the organisation needs to be more process and culture driven not personality driven.

mr kabeer, as a chairman of tata group, he has every right to say "my employees" and like the great man he is , he has put the employees before the investment , and not like others who wud protect their investment and not employees.
we must appreciate this gesture.
it is the misfortune of bengal that after such a long time there was someone who had the courage to invest in that state. it is the political leadership that has to protect his investment and gv him confidence that the people of the state will back him. leaders like mamta will like their pound of flesh in political upmanship without interest of the state at heart.
i sincerely pray that the matter is solved at the earliest.
