In a country of 1.25 billion, a leader has to have outstnding values and virtues such as good education, contribution to society and social work, working with the common man for the common cause, etc to lead the people and to become a true Leader. In the 21st Century, people cannot be fooled by the pseudo-leaders who claim the position using their birth right i.e. being a son of a Leader or being a grand son of a leader.
