I know non-hindus are not allowed to enter in south indian temples and temples in Puri and Rajasthan. But some parts of india are free from this ridiculuous ritual. A lot of western people visit the famous Sidhivinayak and other temples in Maharashtra. Temples in northern plains are not so rigid. In the himalayas too, I have seen foreigners visiting lots of temple without restriction and priest even bothering to ask for proof that they are Hindus. Being a Hindu, it's ridiculuous that I need to give a proof. How can I prove it ?
Why our Gods in temple is favouring rich and brahmins only? Amitabh like rich man can visit temple and see God easily becasue he pays 50 lakhs donation, ordinary man maynot get greeted by our hindu Gods, because those who have money will please god easily.why? In actuall terms God is same for all caste of hindu's? still 45% of indian population cannot worship God directly why?

Hey FAnatic in the fake name of RAMA.... You are a fool by birth but it is not your sin... so u are free to express your thoughts..
I entirely sympathize with Mr. Vyalar Ravi and his family. Hinduism in its broadest sense is a universal religion conferring freedom of belief, worship, practice and advocates Sanathanadharma. Unfortunately such lofty faith is marred by the action of a few who totally ignore the tenets/prescriptions of the universality of Hinduism but practice narrow outlooked customs which ought to be thrown out in this 21st century. Lord Krishna who says in His Bhagavd Gita that he is present in all living forms and commends the self-less service done to the living beings irrespective of their birth, caste, creed, form etc. is the true worship and a pathway to salvation = was himself born as a cow-herd - a low caste by the standard of the so called enlightened - is worshipped in all His glory by all including the upper castes. Then why discriminate the human beings and hurt sentiments? This act itself is an abuse of Lord.
Hinduism respects animals, for man is an animal. Some people who criticize hindus in this respect should look at themself, how they have slaughtered their own breathen and others in millions, and in this century.
We all know that Brahims has made Hinduism is their private cult... so guys leave Hinduism to avoid such humiliation, if Central Minister gets such hard deal means whats happening to common man?
Only way is to leave Hinduism, dont believe leberal Brahamins too, whatevery they say but when it comes to caste system they are them leader in discriminating others...

Or shall we join Christianity, where Jesus himself a humble sole was 'converted' to God by church. There was atleast three dyding and resurrecting gods before Jesus. Adonyss, Osiris and Mithras. All share December 25th as their date of birth and all dying on friday.

Where to go then, Should we go to The Arabian Desert Tribal Religion, which has the Great Sharia laws, which bans music and art, and destroys historic things like Bhamiyan Budhas which was there even before Islam's advent

Brahmins sacrifice their tastes to serve hindus, now that prevents the churchians agenda of conversion. Churchians are mafia like people, one shouldn;t be captured by them.
Hinduism is decaying with Brahmin supremecy. It is not surprising why the so called 'low' castes are converting to Christianity. Kerala is already having a diminishing hindu population. It is not very far when Hinduism will be wiped out from this part of India.

Elect more marxists, preach seckularism, believe in racist ideas... that way you can save hinduism.

This person is a hate mongerer. The temple that he mentions is being hizacked by the christian govt. They just manage to spread hatredness against hindus.
A classic politician. He says he is "afraid that his children won't be allowed into the temple... because he is from the lower caste". The rogue knows how to play with populist sentiments. The cleansing ceremony is a private affair of a temple. They would conduct in order to avoid taking chances! It is not against hindus! The chap also goes on to say "Never before they conducted this ceremony when my son visited" Boy... he seems to be privy to all thhe poojas conducted by the temple... He is a big fat liar...

I can't agree more. Why these politicians poke their dirty nose only to affairs of Hindu religion. In a regressive religion, women are not allowed in places of workshop. Why none is talking about it?

that was desperate surya. You missed the whole point! but better luck next time. try coming up with some logical and relevant arguments
As per Hindu thought, any one can pray the God in any form and it reaches the God. those of who want to pray the god, s/he may be of any religion/caste/nationality, should be allowed to have the Darshan in temple. Really the priests of temple are doing the harm to Hindu religion by their act. God himself is "Patit Pawan" and He makes the devotees "Pavitra" and blessed. How come devotees can make a temple "Apavitra" It is simply absurd.
The root cause of this controvery is pseudo secularism and divide and rule policies followed by Cong-I party. If brahmins are arrogant do not approach them for namakaranam for a newly born baby;do not invite them to recite mantrams during wedding ceremonies and finally to perform rituals after death.Mr.Ravi is a politician it is better not to ignite and politicise his so called love for hinduism at the backdrop of his Cong-I's negative secularism.

Pseudo secularism my foot. Hindus are their own best enemies. They do not need Muslims & Christian missionaries to divide them. They do it very well themselves. It is not the what caste a person belongs to, his her gender or what he wears or eats that makes a person unclean , but rather his thoughts and actions that make him/her unclean. God sees through the external appearances and judges people according to their thoughts & action.
