Its really shameful that some people on this blog lost their confidence and start abusing on each other see root cause of all central/asians problem whether they are Hindus or muslims is there blind faiths, and blind trust. Nair,what you said is half truth. Israel won the war becuase it was equally supported by the USA with modern weapons ,resources and techniques. Further there are more number of Jews in Newyork than in the entire Israel. They are the businees community adn every business community has its hold on the economy and politics of the nation. So USA would always be in favor of Israel. The problem with muslim countries is that they are day-dreamers and do not understand the ground realities. What you said is correct. Islam,though a young religeon,very premitive in its conecepts as far as the rules and regulations are concerned. There is no freedom for women in Islam.The world is changing fast and in such chaning world the Islam is under attack from outside as well as inside. It has to chhange or it has to perish.There is no thirs way available.Its applicable to every community ,relegion and nation.Within India's context we can refer to the practise of untouchability that still previails in India. With the indian police claiming his alqoida links, the road ahead for haneef looks really tougher. Atleast he should surrender wholeheartedly to the police admitting whatever he knew and involved, otherwise it will create further problem to all in muslim community. Already because of few radicals, many muslim finding backlash. I request Dr.haneef to surrender with whatever he conssciously knew off.
