One cannot catch a zihadi anyway by any standards of present laws in the world!
They behave like a gentleman , get the confidences of the locality and then strike without a thought!
ONLY THEIR THOUGHTS HAVE TO READ BEFORE A CRIME IS COMMITTED!
CAN MODERN SCIENCE DO IT?
ITS A CHALLENGE!
