In India 25% people are uneducated and 60% people not reaching the university level. We need to create quota for the uneducated and less educated people by making them doctor,engineer, lawyer & Extra. I am raising this point today, I will be called as reformer after 100 years

Bit surprised there is not enough support to me , eventhough I am planning to appoint doctor,engineer and lawyer directly without any education. But remember I am first person to raise this point, that too in 2007 itself and rest will be history.
