presently structured reservation will only ensure rich guys remain rich, poor guys remain poor. What a nonsensical idea. Anyhow there is no point in even thinking of including income in the criteria as you can buy income certificate by throwing 100 Rs, come to think of it, even caste certificate can be obtained by throwing 100 Rs. Wrong interpretation.Hinduism being a religion of reservations,each caste each status,to coorrect that we should have caste based reservation.

dude dont get me wrong I am not anti-reservation but who do you think will corner the 500 seats as per present policy in IIT/IIMs India has millions of rich OBCs, no poor OBC will ever come close to getitng a seat because for all practical purposes an empowered OBC is good as an UC.
