A gem of a series was serialized in the Thuglaq magazine that exposed the so called greatness of Periyar. The man was full of hare brained ideas and they are not in the least rational. It is fashionable to anoint god like status to dravidian politicians and the revered IAS officer is doing his best to curry favors with the powers that be.

Thuglag is run by Cho Ramaswamy, who a Brahmin. We can expect him to praise periyar. BTW he supported Jeyendra saraswathi (sankaracharya or kanchi mutt) even after he has been convicted of murder.
