If a particular caste of people and a particular group of people are purposefully discriminated against, their noses sqeezed and they are denied employment opportunities in their own villages and towns, result being they are forced to migrate outside their native lands, Why just becaue they are Brahmins. This is called as RACISIM in every part of the world.
so the logic is that punish a baby born in 2007 , investigate that his ancesestory is Brahmin and because his great- great-great-grand father might have commited some discrimnatory practices this baby born in 2007 should repay for that is what it means after reading some comments that "Brahmins should now repay for their deeds".
Well its intresting that this news is on the world wide web and people all over the world read it and it seems such a great PR..! and such a great image booster for TamilNadu and Chennai as a investment destination, which infact has a state policiy of discriminating against its own people namely the Tamil Brahmins, and force them out of the state..!!!!
What makes the great fanatics of tamil language realise that people all over the world do know this RACIST discrminatory practice , and will come to know about this RACISM sooner or latter. Also why will the people and the decendents of people who were forced out and kicked out of TamilNadu because of discrimination and them being Brahmins will keep quite on this ???
We are talking about discrimination against its own people who speak Tamil.We are not talking discrimination against outsiders or non Tamilians here..!!!.
A State and city which does not practice equality amongst its own people, discriminates amongst them and has a state policy to pin them down at all times,
Hates all other languages except Tamil,
Hates all cities except than Madras,
Hates Lord Rama and hates God, Hates Hindus and Hinduism.
Calls Indians from all of rest of India as "North indians" and Hates them all as well.
Calls for a separate Dravidian country,
Wants to destroy the Ram setu just because its linked to Lord Ram, had the Ram setu be called Rakshas Setu or Danav Setu , may be it would have surrived.
Wishes to have 90 % reserved seats at all places,
Arrest the Holy Adi Shankaracharya on false cases,
And after all this great pieces of Information still say Tamilnadu is great ,Periyar is great and Madras is great..!!!!

You are right. Gong by their logic they should have attacked Arabs for ruling us in the 14 to 18 century and the brits from 18th to half of 20th century. These people can do this because Brahmins are vulnerable and less in #s so who cares.
