I agree with Rajasekaran. He is not against any individual Parpanar( brahmin). One Brahmin from Lalgudi, 20 kms east of Trichirapalli town was a great admirer of Periyar and worn black shirts , attened all Periyar Meetings.Periyar was also fought for the justice to Women in Parpanar community. We call it gender sensitization , he said it simply in his book 'pen en adimaiyanal'. Those gender specialists can found the root causes and the birth places of gender in his book such wonderful book for the gender experts and the feminists. He said that he found no god, till his life, even today no god came out and stopped all the goondas, trafficking MPs,Party that was built to build one temple in another relgion( ?!), mass killers,. He said it simply, if the god came oneday, I was the first man to declare her it is god, let us worship !". He is a practial man and wonderful humanist in the recent history than any other personalities. He never suffered by any untoward incident, only he was thrown of shoes, durng his meetings.
He is still relevant today , because, 3% parpanars( brahimns) dominate the social, political and economical polity today India, where crores of rural households who contribute much than these guys. Unles periyar came most of the non brahmins would have still in the cattle grazing and these guys will make money without sweating and rule them. For eg. in Chennai IIT, total strength is 400, Brahmins 282(70%),other Forward castes- 40(10 %)OBCs 57 ( 14%), Dalits - 3 ( 0.75%), Christians 15( 3%), Muslims- nil, Jains 3(0.75%). Is this justice to the crores of indigenous indians of the soil. They are ready to lit lamp and camphor , before the launching of PSLVs what nonsense these guys are doing till today. The Cricket BCCI team is full brahmins, only Backward Kapildev made it possible because of good qualities and true strength. All the brahmin captains failed to make india a great one. It will not happen unless the sons of soils make the team. We are sorry to speak this much. Long live periyar ideals and it will be kept as long as his ideals are relevant to us,if we need require modificiations and conditions are change positively, we will have new one, that is the principle of Periyar taught .

Dear Akmm dvk, The best way for Dalits to progress is to get the government to open good schools with excellent faculty and facilties for select Dalit students from LKG till Class XII. they should then be left to compete in the open quota. Only then will Dalits progress. Otherwise they will remain backward. No use moaning and whining about there being no dalits in IITs. Why don't you and your family members go only to Dalit doctors who have made it to Medical College only because of the quota? It is time you guys realise how self defeating reservations are. Otherwise, one has to conclude that not only are you guys too lazy to compete and come up in life but also are too stupid to understand anything. Thanks, P.B.Mohan

for the first time today i came to know that kapil dev is a backward caste. sometime back lalu and mulayam supported baba ramdev saying that he is an yadav, i came to know about his caste. earlier i knew these people as excellent persons in their fields, without bothering to know their caste. people like Akmm dvk are keeping casteism alive, though they criticise casteism.
