As usual
by Crazy Indian on Jun 15, 2009 07:34 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

The actor will come out free paying money to the ictim's family and police who will surely weaken the case. "Until proven guilty" is being used widely these days with a meaning that we have time to turn around the case.

PS:- it is not true..the law on rape and dowry crimes is "guilty until proven innocent"...the accused has to prove that the did not occur

You want a person to be convicted on just the statement of a woman.

Any one can be coerced to confess if he is denied sleep, water or food. No big deal.

Even you will accept the rape in police custody. You will also accept 7/11 with that.

ok ... I understand ... that's a possibility too .... your speculation adds another possibility

I thought that confession was voluntary and not under police torture

sure the cops can arrest anyone and that arrest doesn't make him a convict.

but the admission of rape will lead to conviction by the court
