If u ask me i would suggest just hang all the rapiest. Rape cases are increasing day by day in India the only way to stop this is just hang or shoot the rapiest if he found guilty in the case but case must be solved in max. 6 months of the crime.

how you know that he is Rapeist, if some one will play a cheap game to you, some one like you will also be hating you...try to see that with your vision..use common sense..dont get blocked..it can be other way round too..Shiney is soft target to this ...

Rape cases are increasing but the real cases are still not in court..not even 5%..the one which are there most of them are fabricated..for money...this is very easy way to make money...study abt it..you will know
